Energy, drive, sleep and motivation slipping together? It's often not just "getting older." Testopros is Dr Andre's natural-first practice for men who want to feel like themselves again — without rushing to pharmaceuticals.
Testosterone production is the downstream output of a complex system. When it slips, the cause is usually somewhere upstream.
Just one week of 5-hour nights can drop free testosterone by 10–15%. Sleep is the biggest hidden lever most men ignore.
Long-term cortisol elevation directly competes with testosterone production. Burnout shows up here first, often before you notice it elsewhere.
Excess body fat (especially abdominal) increases aromatisation — your body converts testosterone into oestrogen. A vicious cycle worth interrupting early.
Testosterone naturally drops 1–2% per year after 30. By 50 most men are noticeably lower — but how you feel matters more than your lab number.
Zinc, magnesium, vitamin D, B-vitamins, iodine. Small gaps over years compound into big symptoms.
Pre-diabetes, thyroid issues, sleep apnoea — all can suppress testosterone. A proper consult looks at the whole picture, not just one number.
Lifestyle changes have outperformed most single interventions in studies. We start there, layer in targeted support, and only escalate if it's the right call.
The unglamorous stuff that actually moves the needle.
Fill the gaps that show up in most men's bloodwork.
Plant-based support with reasonable evidence behind it.
If your symptoms are severe or your bloods are clinically low, we'll be upfront about that and coordinate with your GP. Natural-first doesn't mean natural-only.
Testopros works alongside conventional medicine, not in place of it. We'll always refer when that's the right call.
Three decades helping men get back to feeling like themselves. Dr Andre's background is in clinical natural health, with a focus on the men's-health issues that other clinics rush through — energy, drive, sleep, longevity.
He'll take the full 45 minutes to actually understand what's going on for you, then build a plan you can stick to. Based in New Zealand, with phone & video consultations worldwide.
Honest answers, no hype.
No. TRT is a medical treatment that requires diagnosis and prescription by a medical doctor or endocrinologist. Dr Andre is a natural health practitioner — he'll help you optimise everything within the natural pathway, and refer you to your GP or specialist if your situation warrants medical investigation.
For most men with mild-to-moderate symptoms driven by lifestyle and nutritional factors, yes — the change is often noticeable within 4–8 weeks. For men with clinically low testosterone caused by medical issues, natural support helps as a foundation, but a medical pathway may also be needed. Dr Andre will be upfront either way.
Not necessarily. Many men come to us first to talk through symptoms, then if blood tests will help, your GP can order them (or we can recommend private testing). The symptom picture often matters more than a single number on a lab report.
